Dr Ursula Sansom-Daly is a Senior Research Fellow and Director of the Behavioural Sciences Unit, Kids Cancer Centre, Sydney Children’s Hospital – the largest research group in Australia devoted to studying psychosocial aspects of cancer in children and adolescents. Ursula is also the clinical psychologist for the Sydney Youth Cancer Service, based at Sydney Children's and Prince of Wales Hospitals in Randwick, NSW, which is the lead clinical team dedicated to the care of adolescent and young adult cancer patients and survivors in Sydney. Ursula has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors for the International Psycho-Oncology Society (IPOS), representing the Asia/ Pacific region 2023 - 2025.
