Peter Sarich is a research fellow at The Daffodil Centre specialising in cancer risk factors and prevention, with a particular focus on alcohol, tobacco and cancer epidemiology. His research projects have investigated the relationship between alcohol consumption and cancer and mortality risk, changes in smoking behaviours during the COVID-19 pandemic, risk factors for lung cancer other than tobacco smoking, and the design of epidemiological studies of alcohol consumption.
