As an implementation scientist, Natalie develops, applies, and advances methods to support and study optimal ways to translate evidence into practice to improve care and outcomes for patients, with a particular emphasis on cancer. Her work involves collaborating with academic, health, and non-profit organisations across NSW, Australia, and internationally. Natalie is the Director of Research for the School of Population Health and the Deputy Director of the SPHERE Implementation Science Platform. She convenes the UNSW Implementation Science elective at Masters level. In 2022, she won the NSW Premier’s Award for Outstanding Cancer Research – Career Development Fellow Award.
